All data/ information stored in Box is considered Philips Data and can contain the following data classification; Confidential or Internal or Public.
By using Box.com you agree that you will follow the Company guidance regarding Data Classification in close relation with the Information Owner.
Sensitive information: intended for restricted specific individuals within business groups on a need-to-know basis.
Internal ‘Company’ information: intended for use by all colleagues (or anyone with a business relation covered by a mutually signed legal agreement) on a need-to-know basis when conducting company business.
Public information: Formally approved information for public disclosure.
